Wild Lime Chilli Sauce
The Desert Lime tree of the Australian Outback produces a small green fruit with a delicious tangy lime/grapefruit flavour. This fruit is then mixed with chillis to create a zesty sweet-hot style sauce that is great for marinating grills, calamari and fish, basting turkey, duck and chicken or to use as a dipping sauce mixed with cream cheese or just as it is!
Bush Tomato Chilli Sauce
Bush Tomatoes are small uniquely flavoured berries related to the tomato plant. They have an intense earthy, caramel-tomato flavour. This thick spicy dipping sauce is ideal for stir-frying or to use on grilled meats, chicken, sandwiches as a dipping sauce with hot and cold meats and makes a great pizza base and a delicious alternative as a nachos sauce.
Sweet Lemon Myrtle Chilli Sauce
A lively medium spiced sauce with the wonderful citrus tang of Lemon Myrtle - a delicious leaf herb common to sub-tropical coastal forests and rainforests, reminiscent of lemon and lime. Excellent with rice dishes, or as a dipping sauce for fish, chicken, shellfish, wedges and chips. A delicious marinade for chicken before barbecuing or stir-frying.
Bush Tomato and Worcestershire Sauce
Bush Tomato enhances this classic recipe with added distinctive clove and cayenne. Great for marinading bbq meats and a fantastic pick me up for the Sunday breakfast of bacon and eggs
Wild Pepper BBQ Sauce
The Tasmanian secret is out; they grow unique pepper. So we put it in a spicy sauce with a touch of tassie apple juice, smoke flavour. And a bit of our own Worcestershire sauce and a few other ingredients to make a sauce that stands out on its own. Baby back pork ribs come to mind so does Pepper Sauce on good piece of fillet of beef.
